  • The design and ordering process is relatively simple and it starts with you providing us, via email, your lanyard ideas, reference images, etc. We then take your information that you provided and create a digital mock up (which we call a proof) that we email to you for your review. Along with this proof we will include a price quote. Please note that to create a price quote we require the quantity to be ordered and desired size.
  • The minimum order is 100 lanyards.
  • We prefer images to be in .EPS or .AI formats, if possible. Otherwise, we accept .JPG, .GIF, .PNG, .PPT, .DOC, .PDF, .BMP, .TIFF and .PSD. We are not able to work with .CDR or .PUB file types.
  • We recommend that you do not fax us images for reference as faxes come through black and white only. An option in lieu of faxes would be to scan in your ideas and email them to us.
  • Our lanyards are made from either polyester & nylon.
  • We accept all major credit cards (including government purchasing cards), checks and contracts/purchase orders from federal organizations only.
  • We offer free UPS Air Shipping to all physical addresses in the 48 contiguous states only. Please let your sales person know of your desired delivery address, if outside the contiguous 48 states, so they may get you a quote on your shipping costs.

  • If your coin is shipping to the United States, your typical turn around time is 7-10 business days for manufacturing and 2 business days for shipment transit. All other destinations' delivery times differ.
  • When you request us to ship to an APO/FPO address, we have to first ship the order from our factory in China to our office here in Florida. This is because our shipping company, UPS, does not deliver directly to APO/FPO/PO Boxes. When we receive your lanyards, we repackage them and send them via USPS to you.
  • We manufacture our lanyards the fastest way possible so we do not offer a "rush" service. This does not necessarily mean we cannot meet your due date though. Please inform your sales person of when you are needing the pins to arrive by and he/she will give you a more detailed answer.
  • The minimum for a reorder is 100.
  • We ship our lanyards via UPS as a 2 day service. The lanyards cannot be overnighted as they are shipped the fastest way possible from overseas free of charge.
  • We require payment, in full, before we start an order.
